Podcast: After an easy win over Newcastle over the weekend, which demonstrated the Gunner’s ability to easily defeat lower placed Premier League teams, in the opinion of yours truly and Blackburn George fans should be aware that the immediate future of Arsenal Football Club depends entirely on winning the Europa League. Thursday’s semi-final game against Villareal is critical in the context of deluded fans demanding Kroenke sell up and for a new owner to engage in massive spending. We think the latter scenario is totally unrealistic. But getting into the Champions League and there is a chance of stopping the downward slide.
