After Arsenal’s defeat of Newcastle me and Blackburn George reflect on whether we have been too negative about Arteta and the prospects for Arsenal. The Gunners continue to beat the teams around and beneath them despite the underlying statistics. Given the slump in the form of Manchester United, Tottenham and Leicester there is a wide open opportunity for Arsenal. George thinks the club is going in the right direction and is revising his predictions and thinks Top-6 is more likely and possibly Top-4. Yours truly is clearly more cautious.
