Wenger’s legacy is fundamental. Free flowing, attacking football by a club with integrity and class.

Arsenal Was Class, Everton Was Anti-Football

In our Everton-Arsenal match review, Blackburn George and I observe that Arsenal was the only team trying to play football while Everton was anything but. On the goalkeeping situation,  George takes a victory lap, reminding us he predicted that David Raya was bought to become the new Number One and his replacement of Aaron Ramsdale at game 5 of the season signals his final integration into the 1st XI. We both agree that he had a flawless audition. George also used the opportunity to commend Arteta for pulling the plug on Kai Haevertz before it is too late. The podcast concluded that Leandro Trossard was the MOTM not only for his well taken goal but for his overall contribution.

As always, we don’t pretend to be experts; just two regular guys who are not afraid to express our honest opinion based on our experience and love for attractive, positive football by Arsenal.
