In this the Father’s Day edition of the podcast, it is the consensus of us three older but hopefully wiser Gooners (Blackburn George, ex-scout Ehab and yours truly) that the signing of Marquinhos and Fabio Vieira is an act of hope rather than expectation. Although both are talented nobody knows how they will perform. Their signing is simply proof the Kroenkes are willing to spend big on transfers in the hope the club will improve.
